This application is a Microsoft Windows console based utility and runs on NT, 2000 and XP from the command line. Messages can be quickly sent to a small or large number of recipients. Mobile numbers are loaded from a text file by the application and sent via SMPP to the SMSC.

SendXMS is a powerful and scalable program to send and receive Short Messages (SMS, EMS) using the protocols SMPP, UCP, TAP, CIMD, OIS, GSM or ES 201 912 (SMS for ISDN). SendXMS supports analog modems, voice modems, GSM modems, CAPI 2.0, X.25, X.31, ISDN terminal adapters, AT-command emulators and TCP/IP connections.
