What We Do

HSL provide a suite of solutions and APIs which can be easily integrated into any enterprise and which will enable enterprises to send and / or receive SMS messages. Example uses include critical alerting, staff communications, M2M, customer promotions and the secure transfer of customer information.

Solutions

Email SMS Solution
Use your existing email, e.g. Outlook to send and receive SMS to and from mobiles.
WebSMS Solution
To send and receive SMS through a regular web browser.
AlertBroadcast Solution
For two-way critical alerting between a controller and team members.

APIs

The following APIs are supported for clients to connect their application:

HTTP - HyperText Transfer Protocol
An application supporting HTTP can send and receive SMS via GET/POST requests.
Choose between two separate HTTP interface options (simple or sophisticated).
Web Services - SOAP/XML
An application supporting Web Services can send SMS directly to HSL's systems. Supports C#.
SMPP - Short Message Peer to Peer
An application supporting SMPP can send and receive SMS directly to and from HSL's systems. Supports SMPP v3.3 and v3.4.
SMTP - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
An everyday email application can be used to send and receive SMS.
