Account Pricing
HSL have five different account service levels to select from, as shown below. The main differences between each service level are the support available and the account capacity, i.e. the maximum volume of SMS that HSL guarantee your account can send and receive in total per day. Please note that HSL do not charge for delivery receipts or messages received from mobiles.
The table below shows each service level, the associated costs, the maximum number of SMS guaranteed under the service level agreement and the support level provided. To obtain an account to send and/or receive SMS please go to the Apply for Service section.
