Promotional Offer
New customers benefiting from the MT promotional offer will receive a monthly message allowance for the first 6 months of service. The monthly message allowance will be up to the value of their account's service level charge and this is outlined in the following table.

Any SMS messages sent over and above the monthly message rate will be charged at the standard message rate.
The cost of an individual SMS varies depending on the destination country to which you are sending. A full list of the costs associated with each country is shown below. Please note that HSL do not charge for delivery receipts or messages received from mobiles.
HSL provide volume discounting for SMS messages sent through each account of a client. The table shown below details the discounts available.
