HSL's AlertBroadcast solution provides clients with a two-way alert system between a controller and team members. This solution allows clients to quickly and reliably send numerous alert notifications as SMS text messages to their team members. Clients are provided with a dedicated Client Support Site where they can logon and manage controllers and distribution lists.

Examples of uses for HSL’s AlertBroadcast solution include:

• Callout messages can be sent to emergency team members by a controller through a broadcast number, which then automates SMS messages to team members. Replies can be received by the controller to confirm team member response to the incident.
• Broadcast messages can be extremely useful for field sales teams when communicating special promotions and pricing fluctuations. Team members easily receive the important information quickly, discreetly and conveniently. The team members can then send an SMS back to the team controller to confirm details, or call the controller if required at a more appropriate time.

• Messages sent through the HSL AlertBroadcast solution are subject to an additional 3 pence surcharge on the standard HSL price per message.
• Volume discounting applies to the standard message price (excluding the 3 pence surcharge).
