HSL Service Expansion into North America.

Livingston, Scotland, 3rd January 2005

HSL (Hay Systems Limited), one of the leading providers of global mobile messaging services, are pleased to announce an expansion into North America with the introduction of a new technical site to their infrastructure. The new site is located in Virginia, USA, and as such it is a significant expansion for the company outside of its European base of operations. This new site introduces a third independent service site alongside the existing Edinburgh and Livingston sites in the UK. Building on the already strong reputation held by HSL for reliability and high quality service, the third independent site will increase the resilience available to clients, providing even greater service reliability and an enhanced technical infrastructure. The site also represents the increasing importance of the North American market and will provide a localised connection for clients based in this region.

The new site is currently undergoing set-up and testing procedures prior to going live and it is anticipated that this testing will be successfully completed during Q1 2005. A further announcement will be made once the new site is available for live messaging traffic.
